Ashlee Crichton, Unidine


From a young age, Ashlee learned that serving elders was her calling. After earning a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Food management from Montclair State University, she served as a Chef and Director of Dining services in skilled nursing communities. Now as a dining services partner, Ashlee has helped many communities throughout the northeast and mid-atlantic to accomplish their operational goals and realize their potential through fresh food and innovation. Ashlee is also a novice gardener and a champion for elders in her community in New Jersey. She lives with her husband, 6-year-old son, and a menagerie of animals.
